You Said It

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for this magazine. I love it. I was getting kinda jealous because there seems to be alot of publicity on Huntington Beach, and my question was when are we going to have our own magazine, or our own channel? We need to know what’s going on in our community. Again, thank you for such an awesome magazine.

Love the Fountain Valley Living magazine. Absolutely fabulous. It’s about time we had you both doing such a great publication together. Dick and I are going to keep the magazines to enjoy over again.

You have done an amazing job with this Fountain Valley Living Magazine.  I absolutely enjoyed all the articles and excellent photos.  I especially enjoyed the overview of the new Mile Square Park and the article of the photographer of presidents.

Seeing a FVHS athlete on the cover is spectacular.  What a terrific job you guys have done here.  Keep it up!  Move forward!  I look forward to the next issue.

Just received the premiere of Fountain Valley Living. Very nicely done! Thanks for the nice coverage you gave to B’nai Tzedek. It means a lot to us.

We wish you every success on this important endeavor.  We stand ready to assist you in any way we can.

When I first read Fountain Valley Living, my reaction was WOW.

About time. Can’t wait for the next one.  I read EVERY article AND every advertisement.

It has been my practice for ages to try to get my various types of shopping done in FV.  Whatever amount of sales tax I pay, I figure “every little bit helps.” So, this is a good time to make folks more aware than ever that Fountain Valley is a good place to live AND SHOP.  Keep the good news coming.

Just read your informative piece in the new Fountain Valley Living Magazine on the reopening of Mile Square Sports Park.

One thing I haven’t been able to locate in the redesigned park is the new location of the exercise area that ...  consisted of pull-up bars, push-up bars, sit-up benches, etc.  It was the one thing I used at the park all the time and I hated to see it go.  Do you know or can you find out what is going on with this?  I’d greatly appreciate any information you could provide.

Editor’s note: We posed the question to City Engineer Mark Lewis, who responded: The exercise stations and the sand volleyball areas were not carried forward in the park project as they weren’t high-demand features. The city tried to keep and create as many recreational elements as possible while adding simply open/passive park area.
